The old roof was experiencing pooling of water which resulted in leaking at the seams of the old material. We removed the old roofing materials and fixed the slope of the roof to minimize pooling and installed a new TPO roof with a 20 year warranty. The new roof will stand up to the rain, snow and ice cycles that the Chicago area experiences.
